MINISTRIES
We believe that our purpose is defined by the great commission, as found in Matthew 28:19-20:

"19 Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,[a] baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Our ministries reflect our willingness to go out and reach the lost at any cost!
Marriage Ministry
We believe in the family, and that a solid family starts with strong spouses. Every year the Pastor and Co-Pastor host a marriage retreat designed to explore and strengthen God-centered marriages for those who are about to be married, those who have been married 1 year or 50 years.
WOD - Women's Ministry
The Women of Destiny (W.O.D.) is a group of women 19 and older who meet monthly. The prime purpose of the W.O.D. is to gather together these young women and channel their minds into productive motives of Christian endeavor. Topics of discussion are centered on subjects that are of importance to Christian women.
Men's Ministry
This group helps to unite men of all churches. They meet every 3rd Sunday morning to address issues that will strengthen and encourage men to take on the role of godly men in the home and church
Youth Ministry
Sunshine Band: Designed for the children of the church, ages 3-12. Christian training is provided as well as many social events. Some of the activities include Easter and Christmas programs, roller skating, and a children’s choir.
Justice Ministry
Topeka JUMP pursues systematic change in Shawnee County, Kansas through local policy and funding changes. Our Mission is to provide a powerful vehicle for marginalized groups in Shawnee County to fight for justice. We are committed to seeing justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream. Our church is one of 20+ congregations that have joined together work in the area of Justice in our congregations and our community.
Evangelism
Nursing Home Ministry: Conducts church service monthly for the senior citizens. The purpose is to encourage and lift up the hearts of the elderly and to present the love of Jesus Christ.
Rescue Mission: This ministry is to reach the homeless. To ensure hope and strength to those individuals who feel there is no hope. The purpose and goal for this ministry is to win souls for Christ.
